Should I refrain from editing my hub if I see a red arrow?

Since our hubs goes through quality assessment and the status is "pending" not "featured," should I refrain editing a hub with a red arrow (meaning traffic is rising)? If the status is "pending," does it mean that no one can read it or is it like "not featured" that someone who will click on my link, in pinterest for instance, can still access the hub?

Hi Maribel! I'd encourage you to make edits even if you see that red arrow. The quicker your improvements to the article come, the more likely you'll see more traffic!

As to your second question, I'm honestly not sure. But the Hub status, whether featured or not, should be resolved within a day or two, so I doubt much harm will come by linking to it early.
