If you submit an article for a niche site how long does it take to get a reply and will they notify you one way or the other? I had editor email that they wanted to move it but need to fix a couple things and I did so just wondering.

I have had replies in one day . . .  or up to a week or more. It might depend on the niche and how many requests they are getting at the time.  I think it is OK to send a polite question if it has been more than ten days  but  patience is a virtue.

Thank you so much dear! I am new this is only my second article so I am a big ball of nerves right now. I mean I am trying to start a writing career these are my samples so if they do well quickly that is a good sign for me.

    Hello Daniele:

I generally receive a reply in as little as a day or two. However, I remember one instance where it took weeks. But that was a couple of years ago before HP hired more editors.

I've seen it be the same day up to about a week.  Usually, I haven't gotten a notification if they move it - they just move it.  If they want a change of some sort, then there's an email but otherwise it's just moved.  Good luck!

How do you know if they move it? Will it show in the account info or somewhere else on HubPages?

If you open up your hub, look at the address. If it is Hubpages, it hasn't been moved. If it is dengarden, toughnickel, or whatever niche/network site, it's been moved.  You may need to be a little more patient though, give it  3 more days or so. Sometimes it does take several days.

Dbl check your email though as far as the request to make changes. Once I found I had to submit the hub to a network site (one of the buttons at the top where you can delete, edit, publish or submit to a network site) after I had made the requested changes and I hadn't done that.
