It has been a while since I've published new content for HubPages, so I am looking for feedback on the article I just published:

    https://hubpages.com/living/Most-Common … arden-Beds

Hi and I hope your return is rewarding...

I have an insect article or two and one of them, caterpillar identification, gets over 2K hits a day in the summer. The subject of bugs is near and dear to my heart.

Your article is excellent, full of useful information, and could be a good evergreen earner for you.

However a few rules about Amazon capsules have changed since you were here. The standards are now quite stringent. You need to discuss how you yourself have personally used a product before you can be sure the mods won't snip it, and they seem to much prefer in-text links over the Amazon capsule (sometimes I wonder why it's still even an option). You will also run into trouble if you have more than two products, in my experience, regardless of the number of words.

These tips are not hard and fast rules, though, and it can be bewildering when two hubs that are virtually identical get very different responses from the moderators.

Overall things are good here at HP. CPM is through the roof, traffic is decent, and the community has some rock stars who will practically line-edit your entire article here in the forums. I hope you stay and write more (and more about bugs!).

Wow, that's a lot of hits to me (my monthly view count averages about 2k total).

I wanted to write some on gardening last year, as I started my first vegetable garden, but never had the time. This year I'm trying it again using raised beds! smile

Thanks for the Amazon tips, I didn't realize that. I'll go ahead and remove those for the moment as I haven't personally used them (yet) and replace them later with related products I have tried.

I'm definitely going to try and publish some more articles when I have time, and have a list of garden & bug related idea's already lined up. The main challenge is time, as I also run a content writing company that keeps me busy!
