Once I write, I always post it to one of my Pinterest boards because I know that personally when I search for articles, I check Pinterest before Google. Would you say that you do get readers from there or no?
I do get views from Pinterest, but like Brandon I don't pin myself. I don't even have an account there because I never saw the benifit in it.
I think you should remove your link, because as far as I know you're not allowed to promote yourself in these forums.
My articles are plastered all over Pinterest. I get quite a bit of traffic from it. The way to increase traffic is to follow. Many will follow back and follow your boards and then it's starts spreading like wildfire. I have 4.9k followers right now, but that's only because I follow, follow, follow lol.
Sometimes I get a lot from Pinterest. But I never personally share my articles myself, it is from my readers.
I've never had much luck drawing traffic from Pinterest, I guess the sort of stuff I "pin" is not what the majority of their users are looking for.
I still pin my Hub junk there, but it's more out of habit than anything else.
I use the app frequently for my own amusement though, to save pix of movie/TV/comic book/music related memorabilia and other random stuff.
I published an article a couple days ago and put the images into a Pinterest folder. So far, 12 views from HP and 10 views from Pinterest. There's one from Google also. Hope that helps.

I now have 17 articles published and most are in niche sites. Why am I not getting comments from readers? I have very few comments so far. Is this related to quantity of impressions, where the more impressions I rack up I could get more comments coming in?Appreciate any ideas.

I have been reading older forum posts and doing some research on my own for this question. I know some Hubers have great success with Pinterest so I would love to hear what you are doing that works. Thank you.

I know there's another active Pinterest thread out there, which is super helpful. I'm curious about people's ratio of pins to views. Are there certain pins you feel really push your traffic? Do you know what's the appeal of those certain pins?Thank you for reading this!

First of all, I'm not sure if having a large number of followers is even important in the grand scheme of blogging...so perhaps that is the best place to start with this discussion.
