You go here: https://hubpages.com/my/earnings/affiliate/ And click on configure.
I wouldn't worry about it too much yet. You are going to need a lot more articles before you begin earning - and your hub needs a lot of work if you want it moved to a network site (to gain traffic and therefore earnings).

adsense nil for last three months
I was up to 95.16 on my adsense and then all of a sudden it stopped, but I don't remember making any changes - Since it is so close to the threshold, can someone please check my account to see why it is not registering hits any more? How can I fix this? I really appreciate your help.
