I can't answer all the questions I'd like to answer. I'm talking about the questions asked on my pages. The brand new thing.

I go to them from my email notifications, and then there is the list of all of them. Some of the questions are nonsensical, or things which are not clear enough as questions to answer, but then there are some where I've definitely got an answer, but can not proceed to do so.

I can't get to a place to where I have a spot to type the text answer. I see a thing which seems to ask me if the question is in proper English, I click 'yes' if it is, and then wait, and nothing happens.

So I'm not sure how to go about answering some of the questions asked of me, which I definitely could answer. I think I've managed to knock out about two so far. But there are more I could answer, if only a place to type the answer would appear.

Please send an email with screenshots to team@hubpages.com, and I will take a look.

When you hit yes for the question being okay there should be a small box that opens below it that says "your answer".  If you aren't getting this, contact the HP team to see if they can fix it for you.  Good luck.

Try to do this. Remove "You" from the question. Pretend your an uninterested third person answering the question. Start off very positive...something like, "Thanks for this inquiry its an angle I've not thought of before...then dig in and offer your best FAQ like answer.

I've noticed that my answers so some of the questions I've answered are appearing under the same keyword responses from my article. Albeit a page or two down...nevertheless it does drive a bit of traffic and its well worth spending a few minutes on.

Well no, my problem is I can't get the box to come up for me to type any text.

So you don't see a smallish box under the question?

Nope. Twice I've got the box to appear on questions I wanted to answer, and I answered them. The rest of the time I got nothing.

It should come up. It sounds like a glitch the team has to look at. I am getting some nonsensical questions as well.

Maybe it is affected by pop up blockers?

I got it to work today. It worked easily and smoothly today. The day I did this forum post I couldn't get it to function at all, and I had tried a few times.

I guess all is well, and this posting can be closed out.
