    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article A Beginners Guide On How to Use a Cervical Support Pillow: The Arc4life Neck Pillow. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Your username suggests that this hub is self-promotion. HubPages is clamping down on this kind of thing.

This is clearly self promotional and just an advertisement trying to sell your product.  HP doesn't accept these types of posts any longer.

Natalie, this was purposely written to help our customers use this particular pillow. But i understand what you are saying. Can you look at the article again please.

That's the problem.  It's meant specifically for customers and that comes across.  The picture still has Arc4life printed across it and everything you describe is detailing only one pillow - yours.  If you want to write an article on different types of cervical support pillows and which one is best for people with different types of problems that could work, providing it is a balanced presentation.  But writing an article that is clearly biased toward a single product that you evidently produce and sell and which appears aimed at getting people to buy the product is still going to be looked at as self promotional and spam even without the product link.  You can put this type article on blog or website but HP really isn't the platform for these types of articles.

Please go to this page and study how to write articles for HP: https://hubpageshelp.com/
If you want to inform your customers on how to use your product, then use Blogger or another platform.
HP is not the type of platform where you can promote your product.

Okay understood. I changed the information altogether and made it more about neck traction.
