Would appreciate some assistance with my first article on hubpages.
The email I get when it is unpublished just says 'needs improvement'.
Maybe I have been staring at it for too long and just can't see the issues now.

Any advice or tips/hints would be appreciated
I recommend removing the Amazon products, as they are not sufficiently related. I also recommend having a friend proofread your article. Your first sentence, for example, is not a full sentence: "Every wanted to lay back in a beautiful and and let the sun drench you in it's rays?" What are your readers supposed to be laying back in? A bed? A chair? A setting? "It's" should also be changed to "its" since you are using the possessive form.
Oh dear I must have had a bit of first sentence blindness on that one.
Thank you for your assistance.
The amazon products were selected as they were the products that I actually used. If I was to make that connection a bit clearer would that be better? or does the article stand up better without that kind of segue?
Thanks again for your advice.

I started a new HP page: http://hubpages.com/@dangerouslydelish to focus on recipes- hoping to create a stronger brand compared to this account.I was looking at my stats and my CPM is 4-5x more on this account, compared to the new one. So should I transfer my Hubs from my new account to this one?...

I tend to use photos of Amazon products from the product's page when I'm promoting them on an article and just credit them to Amazon. This probably isn't such a good idea, but if the product is being promoted would they mind I wonder? The complication of course is the seller on Amazon might not own...

Thanks to Amazon being 2 months behind, I'll still get a good payout in October. After labor day though my earnings dropped like a rock (as expected) This months payout will still exceed $1200.00.. So during this unseasonal down time is when I edit and write more articles.. Hope HP hangs in there....

I just noticed that on more than one of my hubpages if you click on the amazon products advertised you are directed to the Amazon homepage rather than the product. This bothers me obviously because after so much advertising I think many people might have bought products through my images but then...

I haven't posted in a while, but I still check my accounts and these forums every day, just like the past 13 years. I really wish HP would continue on in its current form, but that appears increasingly unlikely. It feels we are nearing the end of the line, but it's hard to just give up after...
