I found this site with images, backgrounds, graphics, templates, ppts. and icons that you can download for free. It's also allowed to be used commercially just so long as you attribute it to pngtree. Here's the link: https://pngtree.com/
According to their copyright terms of service, images can be used commercially on the Internet only if you join the premium plan, which costs $19.90 per month. Then under that plan you can download unlimited for free and use commercially with attribution.
Without the premium plan you can still download two images per day personal use. But the way I understand their TOS, personal use does not include posting on the web.
Either way, their “personal use” images can not be used commercially. That part was made clear. So you need to be careful which images you choose.
My understanding is that at the first level you can download two images per day which could be used for commercial use as long as you attribute it to png Quote - "pngtree provides the limitation of 2 daily downloads for free users. If you download the original materials(PRF authorized image)then you can use it for commercial, but you need attribute it from pngtree - For examples: ©pngtree.com."
If the artwork includes a portrait of some type then it will be seen as a template and you have to either replace the portrait to use it or contact the portrait person and get permission to use it. There are a number of plans that are based on points that you earn for downloads, referrals and other sorts of things that give you different rights.
That means only PRF authorized images can be used commercially on the web. That’s what I’m gettting from that TOS wording.
Yes, that is what it means, but what are PRF authorized images?
(From the pngtree website) "What is PRF (Premium-plan Royalty-Free)?"
"PRF is a new copyright licensing model for the Internet and the mobile Internet. It specializes in a variety of network services: creating websites, social mapping, web-media contents, marketing articles contents, e-commerce marketing plans, brand marketing and other promotional purposes.
Users just need to purchase the premium plan to gain the using rights of images during the validity period. The images could be used permanently without restrictions on time, area, etc if users download the PRF Authorization Agreement."

I'm very confused. I learned on the forum that I could use the google images tool to filter for art that was free to use. When I use the filter, pictures from "deviantart" come up frequently. When I go to the page, I don't see anything except a copyright notice. However,...

Has anybody noticed that Pixabay is requiring Hubbers to download more and more of their free pictures rather than allowing us merely to copy the URL address of them and then paste it in the import feature for embedding pictures? More often than not I try to import a picture over to an...

So, is there an easy way to download all the pictures you uploaded to hubpages? I searched for a hub on this and checked out the image information section, but didn't find the answer. I know I can right-click and paste the images I've imported and I probably have all of these pictures...

Am feeling disappointed this morning. When I write and photograph a tutorial the written work is my copyright and it is always my hope that people will only use these for personal use and for their friends and family. I never expect that they will go into business selling the finished product but...
