Q and A question

I am receiving MULTIPLE questions of the same nature on my Q and A page. The questions are coming from my article: https://axleaddict.com/auto-repair/How- … an-Engine.  The article has photo's and suggestions on where to find the EGR valve, but I am receiving questions for each particular vehicle my readers own! More than half, probably 80% of my Q and A questions are of a readers particular type of vehicle. Have I not explained it clearly enough what the EGR valve will look like? Have I not explained where the possible locations will be? Every vehicle I have answered, sure enough, the EGR valve was right where my article explained it would be. Does anyone have a suggestion of what I need to add, or edit, to reduce some of these EGR location questions? I had thought of making a list of every vehicle on the market and the location of the EGR valve but I feel it would be way out of scope for a hub. It would be a manual in itself!

      Just hide them.

I'd also add a note at the bottom of the article to the effect "I cannot answer questions on the location of the EGR valve for your vehicle. Please re-read the suggestions already given in the article."

Hoo boy, can I identify!  I write gardening articles.  Each of my sub-sections has a title such as how to harvest [plant], how to plant [plant seed] etc so that readers don't have to read the entire hub if they just need a small piece of information and STILL I get questions that are very clearly answered in the hub.  I think the problem is that no one reads any more.  Rather than reading an entire article or even just a paragraph, they prefer posting a question for someone else to answer.  Sheer laziness.  I answer all of the questions, but if it is something that was answered in the hub, I take my time getting to that question.  I prefer concentrating on answering questions that make me realize that I left out important information or didn't explain something adequately.

If I know I already provided the info they seek, I tell them to reread the article!

It's been my experience that many people don't actually read the article or are too lazy to search for answers themselves.  For example, they expect me to know where all the good campgrounds are everywhere in the US, which of course is ridiculous.  I tell them to buy a campground guide or go online and do a search...which is what they  should have done in the first place!

LOL, exactly!  Now I'm the expert EGR valve locator for all vehicles! I added a short note to the end of that hub.  We'll see if it helps.
