    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Here is my article: What is Tibetan Buddhism?

      Hi there, welcome to HubPages.

      Your article has several problems.

It's too short. A topic like this needs at least 1,000 words or more to give it the depth required.

When you use quotes, you should cite the source.

Remove the italicized and bold text.

There's no need to repeat the title in the subheading.

Most importantly, your article is competing with the likes of Wikipedia, the BBC and the Buddhist Society. They all cover the topic extensively. What can you add that is unique, hard to find, or poses a new perspective? What will make your article appear in the top results of the search engines?

Remember, your traffic (and earnings) do not come from HubPages' readers; they come from the search engines.

      Good luck.

        Thank You for your reply!
But theraggerdedge please use some words of acknowledgement whenever repling someone, the language that you use while criticising someone is just not legitimate.
Thanks for your suggestion, I will try to reformatt the several problems I have.

Words of acknowledgement? Legitimate?  Not sure what you want me to say. This is a 'request for feedback' thread. If your article is not particularly good, you aren't going to receive accolades and praise.

You asked for feedback and that's what I do. I am not here to pat your head and tell you how wonderful you are. As a writer, you will need to develop a tough skin.

Take my advice, or leave it.

You could write an article on the origins of Tibetan Buddhism, the state of Buddhism in TIbet today, etc. A few hundred words on what is Tibetan Buddhism though is not helpful and, as theraggededge mentions, will never compete or gain any views from the search engines.
If you are interested in this topic, write something meaningful.
