Once again, I've tried to send my Summer Health hub to a niche--this time to Heal Dove--and it was declined with the same email. I've used your previous suggestions to make it better from this summer. Any new ideas would be great?  https://hubpages.com/health/15-Natural- … his-Summer

Get rid of that huge white space above the first image.

Do not start an article with a heading, that's what your title is there for.

Suns burning ways? Did you mean rays?

You do not receive health affects. Change this "to help prevent dehydration and from receiving other ill health affects, stay hydrated and cool all season long" to "to prevent dehydration and reduce the likelihood of being negatively affected by the heat, stay hydrated and cool through the season."

That image is really not necessary, it looks bad. Vector images are fine, but this one just doesn't convey any real message. Your heading Draw Your Blinds at Night would suffice. Instead, add this to one of your points or add a new point.

You have extra spacing after each point on most which you should get rid of, some of the (15 - 19 are fine).

Excess space before the last heading.

I didn't read through other than the intro and I suggested a few corrections to make it read better, speaking from a statistical viewpoint, there's more that could be edited. Good luck.

It's a simple suggestion but requires a lot of work.  Add video content.

Editors seem to favour an introductory numbered list or index so that readers can go straight to the headings that interest them. Maybe you could list your points near the beginning? When you try submitting to a niche site, do you receive an email from an editor suggesting changes you can make? I have a hub currently going to and fro between me and the hub team

    Hi Kristen,

I think you should fix this paragraph:

"An incandescent bulb radiating 90% of its energy as heat is a “little heater.” Replace them with Energy Star-qualified compact fluorescent bulbs, which emit 75% less heat. So whenever possible, switch electronics like computers to sleep mode, and realize that dishwashers, TVs, computers, and other applause generate heat, so limit their use."

    My suggestion:

Incandescent light bulbs radiate 90% of their energy as heat, so replace them with equivalent LED bulbs. Whenever possible switch your electronic equipment off instead of leaving it on stand-by mode. Remember that dishwashers, TVs, computers and other appliances generate heat, so limit their use.

I would advise LEDs rather than florescent bulbs because of their mercury content and difficulty recycling. They are also very dangerous if they explode. They are a scourge.

Also a 'fan base' means a group of people who follow a celebrity.

I agree with Brandon: get rid of the hideous image of the blind. Get proper legal-to-use images from Pixabay or Unsplash.

Installing new windows and using the A/C are not cheap ways of keeping cool.

You mention fans a few times: points 1, 15, 17, 18, and 20. Shouldn't they all be in the same section?

    Hope that helps.

Video content? Okay. I'll see if I can find something online. I don't have a camcorder.

You can use the video feature in your smart phone, then upload and edit to your desk top.  You'll need to edit the video before publishing.  As I said, lots of work ... but I believe the internet audience wants video more then text and photo content ... which is why Youtube has gotten so big and popular.  I amended most of my popular articles with video and the article visits have doubled along with my ad revenue.

To be honest it seems disorganized to me.  You have consecutively numbers points so you should be able to use the tips together-- but one says use fans and AC, another also says use fans, and another says don't use AC.  And your picture heading says close blinds at night (why specifically at night when there is no light to block?)- while another says open the window.  I find it a bit confusing.

Okay. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try to loop it together and and reorganize it.  I've just wrote what I've based my research on.
