Can't access my HubPages Adsense account

   I can't access it on Google either. When I try to sign in with what I thought was my email address, it says I already have another account. But when I tried signing in with other accounts, it had the same message. I don't remember what email address I signed up with.
   
   On my earnings page it says Adsense is active. But I can't access it. I am not sure if I'm earning with it, either. I want to be able to earn with it on HubPages and elsewhere but I don't know where my account is. I just know I have one with HubPages but I don't know how to sign in.

   Also, when I try to log into Adsense, it says I need a valid phone number to log in but I entered my entire number both with and without dashes, with and without the "1" country code.
   
   it might be because I'm logged in with my main gmail and it might not be the correct account. Could that be true? Because it's the account that says I have another adsense account but I don't know where that is.

      If your have Adsense on a different Google account from Gmail (as I have), you need to sign out of Gmail before you can sign into Adsense. When you click the sign in link on Adsense, you should see a list of Google accounts that you've previously signed into on that device. One of those should be right for your Adsense account.

   I am in the same situation to chasmac and I make sure I log into adsense using a different browser so that I am not logged in with my usual gmail address.

   I usually have 4 gmail tabs pinned so I thought that might be the problem. I went to a different browser and signed out of all of them and the gmail list came up. I tried all 6 that I could remember having and 5 of them had a message saying that there was no adsense associated with the account. Except my main one, which I thought was the one connected in the first place, which only came back with the same screen when I signed in:

   I entered the phone number that I know is associated with that gmail account but when I did, it said:
   Invalid phone number. Please check your phone number and try again.

   When I tried "forgot email" -- which I did before, but couldn't remember the steps, so I did it again to write this-- I entered my phone and they sent me a text with a code to enter. When I entered it, only 2 gmails appeared along with the option "use another account".

   So it sounds like you have figured out which gmail account so can you go back in and get the code with the correct format of the phone number? I'm not sure if you have managed to get in or not yet!

   I tried the format of the phone number in every way I could think of. It still had the same message. I tried it with 1 in front, without 1, with dashes, without dashes. How else can you write a phone number?
