   Hello
   I am new to Hubpages and I am curious as to if we can use Flipboard to promote our articles?

   Yes. You can use Flipboard or any social media tool. We have a couple of threads posted here on Flipboard.

   Be sure to check the threads about Flipboard. The general consensus seems to be it was great at first then seemed to become less useful until it generated few views.  It was discovered they began posting articles under the wrong authors names and many here took there articles off when they couldn't get the site to delete their account.

      Thank you I will look into it. I read one thread where it seemed people were having luck. Excited I didn’t finish the whole thread and started an account with them.
      After going back to the thread I deleted my account I wasn’t sure if I could flip on that site if I had already posted on hub pages .
      I think I will stay off of it for now and just stick with Pinterest .

   What has helped me the most is doing SEO research into ranking on Google. This is not my job so I only did some surface level research, but it still helped a lot.
   
   HubPages staff and members recommend this guide often. It is a nice start.
   
   There is also this starter SEO guide by Google.
   
   Keep in mind you are going to want your hubs to be moved to a network website on HubPages for SEO to really help.

      Thanks for linking the articles. I will definitely check them out as I am not fluent in SEO.
      I have one article on toughnickel and have seen increased traffic in that one.
