      Hi there,

I think it looks very messy. The numbering is not necessary. All you need to do is add a subtitle in the text capsule.

You can't republish images you find on the web. If they are copyright, you could be landed with a large demand for payment. Only use images that are Creative Commons licensed or are in the Public Domain. It's your responsibility to determine the license or to ask for permission to use. Also, cite the source and, if possible link to it, in the image capsule.

Punctuation: there is always a space after punctuation; never before.

Title: is awkward. Should be "The World's Top 5 Fashion Designers" No exclamation point. Alternatively "Who Are the World's Top 5 Fashion Designers".

Length: it's too short. Not enough information.

Spend some time at the Learning Center (click Help, top right of any page to navigate there). There are lots of articles there that will help you learn formating and how to improve the quality of your articles. Also find a website that will help you with the basic rules of punctuation.

      Good luck.

Edit: Also complete the bio on your profile page and use your own photo. You should not use the photo of another person as it could be presumed that you are impersonating them.

It means you are not allowed to take photos from the internet without permission or making sure they have a Creative Commons/Public Domain license.

Have you read the link I posted? Please read it now.

You lost me at your first sentence "uh..oh do you know about world's top fashion designers ?"

A lead should never, ever start with lower case "uh .. oh" and an ellipse has three dots. It should be "the world's top ..." And there is no space in front of a punctuation mark.

This doesn't really relate to your article but those images of the anorexic young women make me shudder.
