The last week I've been busy updating my hubs using the Hemingway Editor. I just started with a hub and wanted to change an in text link. but both link buttons are not working anymore. Both buttons are washed out and won't click.
I checked a few of my other hubs (HP and niche) but all show the same. Not working link buttons.
Is it just me or is it a glitch/bug?
Would think it is the same kind of issue that is impacting those who use Grammarly - there's a thread about that somewhere

Don't think it's the same issue. I've been updating my hubs all week. It's an online tool and when you're satified with the outcome you copy paste it in HP. Lots of writers use it. Only today I had these problems with the link button. The Hemingway app helps me because English is not my native language. For the other niche hubs that I've done untill now I got the 'congrats' email from team HP.
Today I deleted an in text link by accident but couldn't insert it again. Now I can't insert a link in any of my hubs. Something must have gone wrong.
Update: it's working again. I got an answer from Matt, he made some suggestions which I followed as far as I was able too. So I don't know exactly what happened, but at least it's working again.

Hi everyone! Hope you're having a good day. I can't seem to insert links into my articles. I add the link as normal, but when I close the capsule, the link disappears. I'm trying to link my game guides so it's a bit annoying. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks!- Poppy

When I click on the suggest links for new hubs, I get one or two words highlighted in the first paragraphs and that's it. I also can't highlight my own words or phrases to turn them into a link. I have a lot of hubs, now that can't be linked to any other hubs on HP. Anything...

I'm trying to insert a link on my profile page to my Google+ page. The link insertion feature in the "edit" mode now has a list of HubPages to link to, that wasn't there a few days ago. When I insert the link I want, save, and view, the link goes to a weird message that says...

OK I know a lot about links, but somehow I can't make a damn link to turn into a live hyperlink in Yahoo answers! I've done it both ways; just typing in the plain URL, and also using the full a href= code.None of them work. Do you have to post enough before they let your links be live or something?
