    Hi Hubbers,

I'd really appreciate some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. I have made some changes based on advice given in the forum recently, but I am still struggling to get this published. Is there anything I can do to further improve the article? Thank you very much!

Though the points you have made within the article make sense, I feel that the article is rather documentary and sterile. One suggestion may be to use an example excerpt from a movie to accompany each example of what isn't working anymore in horror movies, to add depth.

Also, right up front you put a head-scratcher of an instruction. You said "Think back to a moment in time when you were scared in real life, or of a situation in which you got a fright. Read the subheading again and I am sure you have made the connection." . . .

Well from being immersed in reading I had to remove myself and look back to the beginning to see which subheading you meant, then read further in to find out specifically what you were getting at. This added unnecessary complexity to fun reading. This is the age of information overload, and people like fluidity in reading, so upfront that sort of complexity may prove daunting.

Punctuations, sentences are long and difficult to comprehend. Have you tried hemingway app? It gives a good readability grades. Try to put your material on it. Am sure it will help you. Aim for readability grade 7

Hi, tajwershakir. You seem like you know about the Hemingway app. I tried using it but it is in Spanish. How to change the language of the app? Thank you.

Here's the email of the developers. They are extremely helpful.

Check your browser settings first though. I sometimes get weird language issues with some sites. As far as I know, Hemingway is only for English.

Thank you, Bev. I have found a solution. The application of Hemingway is in Spanish but in the browser, it is in English. I will use the browser version. Thank you. I have a reply to the "How to Cook Sisig." :-)
