How long does it take Google to remove copyright content?

I filed a DMCA for an article on Blogger almost a week ago and Google/Blogger still has yet to remove it. I have no other way of contacting the Blogger "author" and the comments I left on the article did not get it removed either.

I filed 15 DMCAs in a day like a month ago. Two of them were for Blogger blogs. As long as you selected Blogger it should be done fast and the post should be taken down. If it was a DMCA for general search it can take up to 2 - 3 weeks from my experience. The two blogger blog posts were taken down within a day in my case.

I'm pretty sure it was for a Blogger's blogspot and I did make sure to check the Blogger option when I filed. The url that was given to me from the HP copied articles page takes me to a specific blogspot url so that's the one I used for the DMCA since my article appears right on that page. Guess I will be patient and see what the next few days brings. Nothing more I can do anyway.

Just got an e-mail from the Google team saying it is unclear if I am the authorized copywrite agent....How do I go about proving that? What exactly does that even mean?

The article on blogger contains my name and photo from my owlcation article which differs from the url and blogger name. The email they sent the notice to matches exactly the name on my owlcation article. The copywrite date of my article is before the blogger post. The blogger copied my article in such a way that at the bottom it shows my photo and author bio from HP/Owlcation. Is this the reason it is unclear? I feel like that makes it more obvious the content on the blogger site is stollen. Underneath my bio the contact author link brings you right back to Owlcation and under that they somehow were able to put in a resource link that links back to my original article.

What else am I suppose to do?

Put in this explanation and file a DMCA again. I always write a note telling them how to make sure that it is infact a copy.

I explained the photo in my original dmca, but will try adding in the other info too.

I just think it's crazy that it could be unclear when they sent the notice to an email that matches the original article author's name.
