      This is what I would recommend:
      1. rework the title to better match likely search engine queries. In other words, if you were looking for information on the subject, what would you search. Although there is nothing wrong with your title, in fact it is clever, no one is going to search that combination of words. An alternative example would be: Identity Theft: what should you do if someone steals your identity.

      2. set the theme or subject of the hub in the form of a question and then proceed to answer that question in the body of the article.

      3. Make the article less about your experience and make it more authoritative by explaining what the reader can do if they are affected by this issue. This will please the google algorithm and result in better rankings and more visitors
