Google Adsense "We're Working On Setting You Up"

    My Google Adsense has displayed the message, "We're Working On Setting You Up" for months. The statement on this page claims that it should only take google a few weeks to get things set up.

    The status of my account claims "Active" and the affiliate code listed on my Adsense account appears on my HubPages account.

    I have not received any emails from Google on setting Adsense up. Has anyone had this issue before? I assume that it is something simple, but I cannot figure out what I need to do to make it work.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

      Catie Stacey, have you made any progress? I applied for AdSense a few weeks ago and have the same status as you. No email, same message "We're Working On Setting You Up".

      I've read that if you don't get an immediate denial then it's likely you'll eventually go through, but waiting for several months would be very frustrating.

      My other question is: what happens to the earnings being shown due to page impressions? Will I eventually get them, or are they effectively imaginary?

        I have not made any progress with this. I am going to give hubpages a call next. I just gave birth to my daughter or I would have called sooner.
