I am already having hubpages Ad program running in my hubpages account. Can I now have my Google Adsense account also to run simultaneously with hubpages Ad program or I can associate only one of them at a time.
    Can someone clarify my doubt.

Yes, if you have Google adsense they will both appear. All you have to do is go to your account page and go to earnings and then settings. Under "external affiliate settings" you should click on configure then add your adsense number and make it active.
If the HP ad program is also active then you will gain more from that program, not from adsense.
Also, if this is your main account, and you only have 2 hubs, it is probably going to take you several lifetimes to even reach payout. If you want to earn on this platform you need to write more.

Thanks Dr Mark for your explaination. I understand that I have to publish more articles. Thanks for your guidance.

As I had already a Google Adsense account, I recently linked it with my HubPages account. Now Google Adsense is giving a message that 'Your site is not ready for taking Google Adsense Ads'.

Can anyone help me to resolve that.

You already posted this question on another forum.  Your own Adsense account will work but won't pay as much as the HP Adsense account, but you have to apply for that one separately and use only it for writing on HP, which means it will have to be approved first which will take more than 2 articles.

I don't think that is correct. You can't have more than one Adsense account.

However, TT2 is right in that you need more content - you don't have enough articles at HP to be able to add it to GA. Write more, then try again.

And, to be honest, with only two articles, neither of which are on a network site, it's not even worth worrying about earnings until you establish yourself here properly. You can still earn via Amazon.
