    Hi all,

First of all good wishes to all from India. My name is Muralikrishna and I live in Kerala. I joined HP in August and have been writing hubs here. Till now, I have published 60 hubs and up to 50 are featured. I am really happy that I am able to get an opportunity to write here but my issue is that I have accumulated just 13 cents from these articles.

Could you please check my hubs and guide me why this is happening and how I can earn like other successful hubbers? Your replies will be highly appreciated.

Eagerly waiting for some insights and help in this regard. Here is a link to one of my recent articles:

You need to have your pages on the appropriate niche site to have a chance of earning money.

Hubpages dot com gets very little traffic.

If your pages are rejected you need to work out why and fix any problems.

There is a button "submit to a niche site" on each page when viewed in edit mode.

As to your bitter gourd page, it would help if you backed up any factual assertions with references to authoritative pages.

You will also need to smooth out your English if you want to gain admittance to the niche sites.

      Here is an example:

The first paragraph would be better for Americans as this:

A bitter taste deters most consumers, especially children. The taste  is one of nature's warning signs that food is poisonous or spoiled. At the same time, a hint of bitterness can add interest to otherwise bland dishes, and some bitter foods have surprisingly valuable medicinal qualities.

Uninspired, I know (sorry) but technically OK.

        Dear Mr Will Apse,

You've given me good hope to work more hard on my articles with improved readability and thereby better quality.

One thing you can do that will help is to shorten your titles and make the text more readable for people.  Long words turn many people off before they even get to the article!

I must think on this line, thank you.

You have informative articles. But, they need edits for grammar and punctuation. The medical claims I would cite scientific studies with a link, explaining more about how the fruit lowers the glycerine. What is the property that does that? How does it inhibit it? Also, you have an Amazon capsule that is frowned upon by HP editors, so a link within the capsule works best.

Thank you, I think I may refer the guidelines and some of the articles from experienced authors. Thank you.

I have read several of your articles on farming. As Will points out, you need to edit them some and ask to have them moved to a niche site like Owlcation. Unless you do so they are not going to gain ranking in Google and you will have very little traffic.
Also, I would like to point out that it is not unusual for it to take a while to get earnings on this site. Most of my articles only started doing well after a year or two, when they have enough natural backlinks.
Looking forward to reading more. Best of luck.
