    Why deleted article are not removed after 24 hours?

      They are not live anymore. No one but you can see them. I don't remember but it is 7 or 30 days before they are deleted completely. If you look at your stats page you will see the notification that gives you this information. It used to be there a few years ago, hopefully, it still is.

        according to hubpages once your article deleted it will be remove from you articles after 24 hours but from the previous it is not deleted after 24 hours and think i d want to know?

          I just checked:

          This Article Has Been Deleted
          You can restore it to a Not Published status by clicking the Undelete button above. If left unmodified for 24 hours deleted articles will be permanently erased and the URL returned to the available pool. At that point they will no longer appear in your My Account page.

          Did you leave it unmodified for 24 hours? If yes, maybe contact the team about it if it worries you.

            I was deleted it two days ago but is still available on my account page and not erased even pasing 48 hours. Is hubpages change his policy about it?

              No one else can see it so it doesn't matter smile Sometimes account stats take a while to be updated.

              If it says 'draft' on your account page, then you have unpublished it, rather than deleted it.
