Are you referring to your weight loss article?
It would help enormously if you spelled the title correctly and changed it to title case.
Reading quickly through the rest, your main problem is that your English is not yet up to the standards required by HubPages.
The topic is over-done by trillions of other websites, so you are on a hiding to nothing with that. Pick another, less used topic.
You can't steal images from other websites. It's illegal and you might receive a demand for payment.
My advice: go improve your English, then come back and try again.
Hello Khizar, you can try to pass your work through this free grammar and spelling checker tool: https://www.online-spellcheck.com. It works great
I would suggest that you remove the sentence from your bio, "I can write on anything. To contact me just Whatsapp..."
Khizer, I agree with theraggededge, you should definitely proofread your article for grammar and spelling mistakes. You should also indicate that the photos you have used have the correct license for use on HubPages. Keep in mind that without the appropriate knowledge of English language, your articles won't be featured.

I have finally published a hub that has been deemed unfeatured. I can only direct my attention to a table I inserted which was long when viewed on the mobile platform. Grammar is checked, titles tweaked, content is solid as its in the same vein as my other articles. Do you think this could be it?...
