As you know, HubPages has discontinued the AdSense requirement for the HubPages Earnings Program. As a result, you may receive an email notification from AdSense, "One or more of your sites does not have an ads.txt file. Fix this now to avoid severe impact to your revenue". This does not affect your HubPages Ad and Amazon earnings. You can ignore the ads.txt warning or you can remove HubPages and the Network Sites from Sites in your AdSense account.

To remove sites from your AdSense account
    1. Login in to AdSense
    2. Click Sites
    3. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of HubPages and click the Remove button. Repeat this process for all Network Sites

Let me know if you have any questions!

It's good to know that these changes do not affect Hubpages Ad and Amazon earnings.

    But what about AdSense earnings?

I ask because it appears I am no longer earning from AdSense from my articles here, and I don't know why.

We earn money from the HubPages Earnings Program, which consists of the Ad and Amazon programs. We can no longer use our own Adsense account here. The change is described in the thread below.
