    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!
Here is my article: Typical Democrats

I think the article is awfully one sided. You overheard a conversation between two "Never Trumpers" and decided all Dems are as hateful as that, and don't want the best for our country.

If you publish this, you will get in endless political arguments from middle of the road Dems. But if you insist, the title needs to be more interesting, and I believe it does have to be longer.

First impression, the title's a little on the generic side. It reads like a sentence fragment.

Political op/ed isn't my thing, so I am probably not the best person to judge that part of it.

That said, the piece seems a little on the short side. What's the word count? In general, HP likes us to shoot for around 750 to 1000 words.

Dunno how much help that was, but I tried. big_smile

Thank you, Jean, I did see your point about the name. Thank you for your input.

FatFreddysCat Thank you for your input. I changed the title and the word count is at 701.

It just read like a blog to me and HubPages isn't a blogging platform. What's needed is content-rich, magazine-style articles in near-perfect English. This seems to me to miss on all three criteria.

Over-hearing some else's conversation does not journalism make.
