Can you help me with a few tips to spend perfect quarantine? I have written this article to help people with the correct diet, exercises, skincare tips, and also maintaining happy mental health. Go, through it.

      Hi,

You need to get someone to proofread and correct the English grammar errors. You could try the free Grammarly and Hemmingway apps. Paste your text in and they will suggest changes. Use both of them.

You must cite the source of your images and ensure they have a Creative Commons or Public Domain license.

      Good luck.

Edit: I just looked at your bio. Remove your name and address. It's really not a good idea to publish those details publicly.

Also, if you haven't already, you need to spend some time reading the material in the Learning Center. Click Help, top right to navigate there.

Hello, I have proofread the content on Grammarly.

The images are designed by a designer therefore, I will not be able to give any image source

      Hey theraggededge,

Just like you advised I have done the grammar check and proofreading. I also did the changes in my profile.

Now can you please go through once again and give me feedback.

      Thanks for your advice.

There is a huge, glaring spelling mistake in one of your images.

There are still errors, including random capitalisation. For example, "Those who rise early can start the day with Tea, coffee and one buttered toast, Whole grain breakfast flapjacks."

There is no capital letter after a comma, only after a period/full stop. And only proper nouns, such as people's names should be capitalised within a sentence. So 'tea' and 'whole' should not be capitalised.

You say that we shouldn't be eating sweets but then you say we should have chocolates before bed.

Subtitles should be capitalised properly and not consist of sentences. Try this site: https://capitalizemytitle.com/

There should be no question mark after "Why Physical Exercise is important in the Quarantine days?" It's not a question. Can you also see the inconsistencies in the capitalisation there?

Avoid making assumptions. You say 'we all have shoulder pain'. We don't. You also say that we all start work at 9:30 to 10 am. This is obviously not true for everyone. Beware of making sweeping generalisations that, in reality, only apply to a few people.

In English we say, 'hair', not 'hairs'. Again, why are you assuming that we all have damaged hair? You have to change things like that to 'Hair Care During Lockdown" or something like that.

Not a blog. It's an article. HubPages is not a blogging platform.

You have a lot of work to get this up to a decent standard. I suggest that you spend some time studying the rules of grammar. It will pay dividends if you intend to write many articles.

Another thing you can do is to read your text out loud. Then you will pick up awkward phrasing such as this: "Cardio can help Jogging, planks, skipping, can help you"

I'm sorry, I can't fix everything for you.

Images MUST be legal-to-use. If they don't carry the required license or you don't have explicit permission, then you can't use them. If the designer has made them for you, that's great, but you should at least credit them in the image capsule and say 'Used with permission."

You can put it in the caption box.

So you might say, "Image by *whoever*. Used with permission."
