What you cannot do is promote your book at HubPages, which I see that you've already done in your published article. It will be rejected by the Quality Assessment Process.
I can't give you guidance how to write your book, but there are many resources on the internet, all you have to do is search.
If you want to write here, articles have to be in near perfect English. You can't write in upper case, and you should always write i as I. At the moment, your English is not up to the standard required.
Visit the Learning Center by clicking on Help, top right, to navigate there. Lots of writing help there.
