How to Published non featured article?

You need to make sure your images are Creative Commons licensed and that you cite the source. If you've just taken them from Google, or direct from other web sites, you risk having the article unpublished.

I notice that at least one is marked with a copyright watermark.

This article from the Learning Center explains what is acceptable.

Unfortunately, non-featured articles are invisible to Google and other search engines. The best route is to try and edit the existing errors, so that the work can be featured.

The rule for photos is very simple.  EVERY photo that you find online is copyright, and it's illegal to use it in a Hub, UNLESS you can find a statement somewhere on the website saying it's OK to use.

We have to go on improving them till they are featured. Alternatively one can delete it, rewrite completely and resubmit.

I'm not sure which of your articles you're referring to, but I noticed some problems with your spotlight article about hair extensions. You've mentioned the term "hair extensions" far too many times. Many of the text capsules contain only one or two sentences. You need to add more information to them. In addition, you've mentioned one hair extension seller by name and linked to another one. We aren't allowed to promote businesses on HubPages. As others have said, you need to make sure that you are allowed to use the images in your articles.
