      Hi there,

      There are several issues with this:

      Too short; needs to be at least 800 words, preferably longer.

      Grammatical errors; proofread thoroughly.

      Switching from second person, 'you', to first person, 'we' in the same sentence.

      Unnecessary italicisation. Unnecessary bold text. Way too many exclamation points.

    You should definitely proofread. There are several grammatical errors. For example, know when to use commas in compound sentences. Also, "The key to stay mentally happy are:" should be corrected to, "The keys to stay mentally happy are." Use Grammarly or another program to ensure that your grammar is accurate.
    Finally, check the capitalization in your title. There should not be a capitalized letter in the middle of a word.
