    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!

I find that article to be really interesting. You may try to reformat it by rearranging the capsules a little.

      Hi there,

      Here are my suggestions:

It should be 'De-stress' as there is no such word as 'destress'. It may be confused with 'distress', which isn't what you want.

Remove the link to your blog. It's not permitted.

Remove the ratings capsule - that's mainly for recipes.

Remove the table at the end. Put those extra suggestions into a text capsule and use bullet points.

Replace the word 'persons' with 'people'.

We don't use the word 'penning' in that context, so change it to 'writing'. We might say, "I'm penning a poem" but it isn't a modern way to describe writing. No native English speaker would use it unless in a slightly humorous manner, such as, "While Gerald was laboriously penning his magnum opus, his wife was planning his funeral."

Break the text up into multiple capsules so that you can put your suggestions in the subtitles. This also gives you the opportunity to add a legal-to-use image between the text.

Give it all a thorough proofread - Grammarly is free and useful for picking up errors. Hemingway, also free, helps with style.

      Good luck.

Hello mister Fernandez. Your article need at least three pictures. You can separate two paragraphs together and insert the first picture relate to both topics. Then, you need to do the same for the other pictures. Each picture should be followed by the writing. You need to go back and edit your article. Then, you need to check the spelling and punctuation. If it too difficult for you. You need to find a friend who can proofreads the hub. I like your article. Techniques for breathing are important after wearing a mask for many hours. Thank you.

There is no guideline that says you must have three images. If one is enough, then just use one.
