Change your title to reflect that this Hub is about avoiding job boredom for office workers. The majority of people don't work in offices.

Replace the boldface font in your text with normal style.

Fix the grammar and style errors, and use articles (the, a, an) appropriately.

The subtitle: "Why Job Boredom Occurs" is not a question so remove the question mark.

Remove/ replace photos that are out of focus. Also HP doesn't like time/date-stamped photos.

Don't know what your dog photos have to do with being bored on the job. Remove them. All titles and subtitles have to be capitalized in the proper way. I use this program to capitalize my titles.

because I was talking about personal inspirations so in my case I post my dogs photos aside from my family. it was like providing for love ones, because we love them so much,  is one of our inspirations why work efficiently and diligently... so I will need change that too..

Chasmac has pointed out useful suggestions for improving your article. Edit your article several times making sure that what you say in your paragraph reflects the sub-title and the sub-title further tightens your main title. You can use Grammarly to check your grammar but you need to refine your paragraphs. Take new pictures as the ones you have are not very attractive so adds very little to enhance your article. You can do it.
