Can somebody please tell me, that one of my article, that was featured, but again it is unpublished due to "duplicate content".

I also have checked it through Turnitin and found zero plagiarism.
    What wrong could be there?

We can’t see an unpublished article. You could try searching for sections of the article and seeing if they appear on another site. You could also try using a different plagiarism checker.

I have some other ideas. Were quotations a large percentage of your article? That could cause the duplicate content warning. Did you use many scientific or health definitions obtained from other sites? That would count as duplicate content, too, especially if the definitions were a large proportion of the article. In addition (if you didn't already do this), you need to write the science and health facts that you discovered in your own words.

Mam! My answer is no to all your mentioned possibilities. I even have searched the content from Google and can't find it's a substantial amount in one website

It’s hard to know what else to suggest, since I can’t see your article. Dexamethasone is a popular topic at the moment, though. Many people are writing about it. It’s possible that you accidentally made your article too similar to other ones because you were covering the same facts as them. Perhaps you could try adding some lesser-known facts about the medication or even your own thoughts (based on the references that you included) at appropriate places in the article.

If you are so sure about your contents then rewrite it in a different style and give different subheadings and structure than that of the earlier and see it would be featured. I have done it. It works. That is the only way
