Here is my article: 7 Legit Tips New Writers Needs to Understand to Make Money
https://hubpages.com/literature/Five-Th … to-Improve
Hi Drew,
I read this earlier today and I thought you might have trouble getting it through QAP.
The URL and title don't match - they don't have to, but as you have 'five' in one and 'seven' in the other, it's always best to start over with a new article. Don't worry about it this time.
One other major flaw is that articles about writing should be written in perfect English, and there is a glaring grammatical error in the title: 'needs' should be 'need'. You immediately lost 99% of your potential audience right there. There are several grammatical errors throughout the piece.
Also, truncating the word 'legitimate' is not wise, nor is the word necessary in the first place. Why wouldn't any writing tip be legal?
What is the first tip? I don't quite get what it is. Is it to write lots? Improve one's English? To look in the mirror? I don't really understand the subtitle either 'hard work doesn't make waste'... waste what? Do you mean 'hard work never goes to waste'?
Go easy on the exclamation points; they should appear rarely in a non-fiction piece. They can look 'shouty' and unprofessional.
Subtitles need to be in title case. This site will help: https://capitalizemytitle.com/
Tip 2 and Tip 4 are the same, aren't they?
There are too many images. You only need two for an article of this length. Writing tips don't need illustration.
The biggest problem of all is that the article does not live up to the title. Where's the money stuff? You've shared some tips to help people write, but you haven't helped them towards making a dollar with their writing.
In your favour, is that you have a great writing voice and you have the potential to turn this into a useful resource. Just give some thought to what I've said and see if you can make some substantial improvements.
Good luck.
Thank you very much. ^_^. I'll rewrite it again.

Honestly, HP needs to step up and start filtering their input. I have been here for over 5 years and I have watched a lot of changes, but what I see as what must be the most damaging to HP (ergo we writers) with Google is the number of low quality Hubs being allowed in the gate. I hear a lot of...

I don't know, maybe this is just a disgruntled Rant by myself, alone.I call myself a Writer. By default, this makes me a Reader. And, as someone who has the arrogance to think I am good enough to call myself a writer and a reader, I have opinions, on my works as well as the works of others. So, with...

I was researching a totally unrelated topic when I came across this review. What do you think of it? BTW, I mean no offense in posting it. There are bad reviews of all sites. I want to know if any of the points it makes are legit.http://cazort.net/topic/hubpages-scam
