    Hi,

I just posted a blog on Hubpages yesterday and someone highlighted to me that the content published is set to noindex which means google won't be able to index the blog post published on Hubpages.

I am unable to figure out this thing and need help in getting the content indexed on Google.

Please suggest me the best way to do that.

    Thanks in advance.

Your don't have any featured hubs. Thus, I presume the article you're asking about has yet to pass QAP.

All unfeatured hubs are not indexed.

Also, HP is not a blogging platform. It does not look for blog posts, neither is it a free blogging service. It looks for magazine like articles of around a thousand words, all of which must first pass Quality Assessment.

Thanks for your reply Cyong74. How the article can be featured, like is this something an automatic process by HP?

And for QAP do we have to initiate any request or again is this something that HP do automatically?

Looking forward to your help again.

        Thanks

The QAP is manually done by HP editors. It begins after you've published your article.

If you pass it, there wouldn't be any notification. But you will be able to see the featured status under the MY ACCOUNT setting.

If you fail it, you'd receive an email. There'd be a link in the email for you to seek help in this forum.

To pass the QAP, you must fulfill the writing conditions stipulated by HP. To know more, visit this: https://hubpageshelp.com/

Lastly, going by your profile and bio details, I'd highlight this. HP doesn't allow promotion of businesses and personal websites. If your article was intended to promote your service/company, or contains a promotional backlink, it will never be approved.
