Problem with Image Format on New Profile Page
Forgive me if this issue has already been mentioned but I've been away from the forums for a while.
For years I have painstakingly been creating "Made for Pinterest" images in a square format so they display in their entirety on my profile page as shown below.
The new profile page on the newly changed sites shows landscape format thumbnails which means that now most of the title and the top and bottom of my pictures are gone. Look for yourselves:
Do we really have to re-design all our first images from square to landscape to fit the new profile page format?
Or could the design team do something about this problem? Never mind losing the descriptions...
Please make profile thumbnails square again. Maybe the title text in the second column could be enlarged a little and the image made slightly smaller but still retain the square format?
Jeesh!Here is an attempt at combining the new design with the old square thumbnails to avoid cutting the images.
Lowering the author's name completes the spacing. In addition, the separator lines could be a wee bit darker to better enclose each whole unit per article.
Please Samantha pass this on to the design team.
