Hi Hubbers,
I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article? What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Hi Fred.
I think the main issue with your article is that it reads as a promotion for the PF organisation, which is not permitted. The site is looking for evergreen magazine style articles and you have written this from a personal perspective. You can use that insight and authority to write a range of articles about PF, but will need to adopt the 'house style.'
In addition to being overly- promotional, a few specific issues are as follows:
- The title doesn't reflect the content. Although you say it is about your journey with PF, only two paragraphs of your article refer to this I believe.
- The article is not evergreen. You refer to writing this during September which is PF month. There are subtle differences that can help make your article timeless. For example, you may say something like: 'Every September is PF awareness month when the society promotes awareness of PF through events and education...etc' rather than 'This September is PF awareness month....'
- You need to use hyperlinks, rather than the full website address. You also link to AboutPF org twice, which may come across as spammy.
- As this is a health-related hub, you need to include a disclaimer (look for the medical disclaimer at the very bottom of your article, whilst in edit mode).
- For the same reasons as above, you should have a sources or reference section, identifying authority sites, books or research, which substantiate the information provided.
- The photos appear to be of low resolution and not credited. There is no way of knowing if you have permission to use them. Furthermore, the reference to 2020, means that your hub is 'dated' and not evergreen.
I know my comments may seem daunting, but have a look at the learning centre, particularly the advice about producing stellar hubs, here: https://hubpageshelp.com/
I wish you well and good luck!
Thank you for this feedback. I made some changes to make the article more evergreen and less promotional. Crossing my fingers!
