Hi, I just recently published a hub and its score is quite high but when I applied to move it to another website, I got rejected.

It may need improvement. However, it's worth checking Reelrundown to see if there is already an article on that topic. I find the easiest way to do it is to type 'reelrundown + keyphrase' into Google.

Do you know about using images properly?

It's difficult with showbiz-type articles, but they need to be legal.

That's really my problem cause I couldnt find any free images on the internet for these kinds of articles. I  was thinking that I would be safe if I use screenshots of the series instead and just credit the channel.

Did they tell you anything about why it was rejected? Often their advice is generic, but usually they will give you some kind of a clue.

Hi, Sherry. Yes, they actually did, but they talked about my topic itself and said that it's a current news or something so I don't know how to improve it. Well, I just now decided that I wouldn't force it if they won't move my article. Thank you for commenting!

Quality is always an issue when you apply for shifting your articles to some niche site.

I have been around for a long time (10 years) but then went on a break to return back to niche and network sites. It's still new to me. I have not submitted one to a network yet. The ones that are on a network site have been chosen by HubPages (I think, like I had said, still new to network sites). This thread is helping me understand it a lot better.

At this point you need to submit them manually if they are older hubs. Do not expect the editors to have time to go back and check them if they have not been submitted.
