Hey everyone,
So, over the weekend I had two articles moved to network sites - one to ToughNickel and the other to Turbofuture. However, over 48 hours later, the links to these articles are returning 404s:
* https://turbofuture.com/computers/debun … ut-hackers
* https://toughnickel.com/self-employment … become-one
I know from past experience that sometimes it takes a while for articles to actually show up on the network sites. But since it's been 48 hours I thought I'd seek advice on the matter.
I don't know if anyone else is having this issue or if staff could advise?
Did you reach out to team@hubpages.com?
I sent a message through the help section form. I'm assuming that goes to their email.
Hopefully, I'll get a response soon. It's a frustrating problem to have.
I hear you. It's probably a code error, simple to fix, but frustrating when you can't repair it and have to wait for someone else to do it.
Thanks for reporting. We are looking into this issue.
It's probably part of all the other glitchy stuff going on at the moment.
I suspect so. Between the blank newsletters, the endless spam emails and the frozen stats, it's looking like the staff have got their hands full right now.
I think “glitchy” is perhaps an understatement with regard to what is happening with the site.
Almost feels like their IT support was let go or something. I know there were some massive cuts recentely.
There's been all sorts happening with The Arena Group, which HP is part of.
It's been covered in other threads, most recently the chef-de-jour one, "Valentine Message from TAG."
Meanwhile in other bad news, traffic according to GA is continuing to fall.
Falling like a rock. In all the years that I've been on HubPages (joined 2008), I've never seen anything like this. It's shocking. My traffic should be rising rapidly as we head into gardening season. Instead it's falling, as are the CPMs.
The problems here aren't going away. If anything, they seem to be intensifying.
At some point during 2023, I remember that one of my articles was moved to HobbyLark and I was also receiving a 404 error. Finally, I notified the team and the issue was eventually resolved.
That's reassuring to hear. Just weird it happened to two articles on two network sites.
I agree with you on that. Plus, it also happened at the same time as the page views glitch and whatever else was going on.

I am starting a thread so writers can inform each other about articles being moved to existing network sites. I am happy to say that one of the articles I submitted about a month ago was moved from Discover to WonderWisdom today. Is anyone else having articles moved to network sites?

Hi, I have question that as now my almost all hubs are moved to discover hubpages so, am looking to submit them to the respective network sites. But I have found discover hubpages have different categories. Like hubpages have "paired life" for articles related to relationships but...

Is there a common standard or set guidelines that all the editors use to select articles? Or do all the different network sites/editors have their own guidelines for their own sites similar to when we submit our own articles? Is there a way to find all the different guidelines, without trying to...

I noticed that hubs in niche sites no longer include the "More by this author" section below the hub. Is this just an oversight or was it a decision to drop it on niche sites?

Currently, how long are you finding it takes for a new article to be moved to a niche site? Usually mine are moved after two or three days, but it's a week now since I published a guide, so maybe I should enquire about it. I wish we could be sent a notification when an article isn't up to standard...
