    For example: spinditty.com/@*******

Are they set to noindex by Google? I can't seem to find mine in spite of very specific searches.

Yes, they are set to noindex, follow.

If  I understood Samantha correctly, the reason they are noindex is because most profiles only have a few articles linked to them. It makes sense that they don't want hundreds of low-content pages indexed.

However, eventually maybe they would be willing to remove the noindex on profiles that have a certain number of articles.

I would think that is pretty far down on the to-do list right now, though.

Doing so would be a great boon for individual writers, especially if the homepage link is a follow.

And to prevent backliners, marketers, etc, from abusing the platform, it could be as you said. Only available for profiles with substantial number of articles.

But it's (very) far down the road, as you said.

@ericdockett, I'm so sorry for barging in on this thread. I can't figure out how to get in touch with you with a Betta question! Your (fantastic) articles lead me to Pethelp and there doesn't seem to be a way to respond . . . I'm babysitting a betta and need your help. I've been trying to figure out how to reach you for days. (you're my expert)

@MashaSarah: Unfortunately, there is no way to leave comments or questions on PetHelpful right now since it has moved to the new platform. That should change in the near future, hopefully.

If you wish, you can post your question in the Pets and Animals section of the HubPages topics forum and I will be happy to help if I can:

        https://hubpages.com/forum/15

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the kind words!
