It's published for awhile one or two days then becomes a draft again

If that is the case, then you should have received an email from HubPages explaining the problem.  Check your spam folder.

No one gets detailed feedback from QAP. That's why they send you to the forum where other hubbers can help.

          Hi there,

          Too much bold text.

You are talking about Diabetes Type 2. Make sure you emphasize that.

The cause is widely known. A diet high in carbs causes insulin resistance. Obesity is usually a result, not the cause, though, of course they both occur together.

Much of the article is copied from elsewhere. In fact, I'd take a guess that you have just copied and pasted from a variety of sources. It is not permitted. Writing must be original.

All the tables and images must be legal-to-use. You cannot take them from other websites without permission. You must credit the images in the capsule.

You haven't written to the title. The topic is the diagnosis of Type 2 using a  certain piece of equipment. Therefore that is the central crux of the article - so you must stick to the topic. You've only mentioned the endoscope a couple of times. And not at all in the introduction. Otherwise, you should change the title to reflect the content.

The URL is completely different from the title and has a spelling error. That will stop people clicking on it.

The article is too full of stats. So much so, that it is unreadable. Who are you writing this for? You have to work out what information is useful and what is surplus and just space-filler.

You need to do a lot of work on this one.

This is a research conducted by myself.  It's not copied from anyone,  if I have something copied I already mentioned to the source..in the source tab...I discuss the diabetes causes from new and different perspective,  I used the phrase of endoscope because it's already diagnoses by geographical endoscope,  this is a research,  high quality of research.

There are chunks of identical (or very similar) text on various sites. They will trigger the duplicate content filter. You have to make it very clear when text is lifted from elsewhere. Also it must form a very small part of the article because of the duplicate content filter.

Again... the article must be written 'to the title'. Yours is not. Perhaps you should retitle it?

Have you got permission to use all the images?

You asked why you can't get your article published and I have given you several reasons. Take my advice or don't, it's up to you.

              Edit:

              Your article:

"Data on diabetes prevalence by age and sex from a limited number of countries were extrapolated to all 191 World Health Organization member states and applied to United Nations’ population estimates for 2000 and 2030."

              NCBI:

"Data on diabetes prevalence by age and sex from a limited number of countries were extrapolated to all 191 World Health Organization member states and applied to United Nations' population estimates for 2000 and 2030."

              https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15111519/

That is duplicate content. And you don't make it clear that you didn't write it.
