Why did my article on a recipe didn't get publish on Hubpages site -De
I think you need to mention avocados and the recipe in the intro. The first three paragraphs don't really have anything to do with the fact that it's a recipe hub.
Also, you mentioned sodium and processed foods and then the recipe includes two lots of tomato ketchup, which contains salt, sugar, and is a processed food.
What's 'tempering'?
Remove the 'so that the slight bitter and smelly taste of avocado is offset by a bit sourness and sweetness to make it palatable.' - you don't want that in a recipe
Avocado shouldn't ever be unpalatable. It's generally creamy and nutty.
