Can anyone offer me an insight on what could be the reason and what does agreeing to content and structural issues mean?

Can you provide us with the link to your article, Sadhana?

If you are referring to your avocado recipe, I think the problem is that you make some medical claims in your introduction.  Only people who are medical professionals are allowed to make medical claims in their articles on this site.  Try removing things like gaining muscle mass and see if that helps.

I think you need to mention avocados and the recipe in the intro. The first three paragraphs don't really have anything to do with the fact that it's a recipe hub.

Also, you mentioned sodium and processed foods and then the recipe includes two lots of tomato ketchup, which contains salt, sugar, and is a processed food.

    What's 'tempering'?

Remove the 'so that the slight bitter and smelly taste of avocado is offset by a bit sourness and sweetness to make it palatable.' - you don't want that in a recipe smile Avocado shouldn't ever be unpalatable. It's generally creamy and nutty.

Have a look at the articles on Delishably - that's where you want your recipe to end up: https://delishably.com/

If you are not sure of something mentioned in your article then you can give the reference from where you got it. If that reference is found unauthentic, you can remove it also.
