Up the top of the page is a button that says 'Start a new hub'. Once you've created a hub, using capsules, you can publish it.

As LarasMama says you click on the start a new hub feature input your article title add a minimum of two tags then press the create button where you will be taken to an edit screen here you can add text, photos and videos. Amazon and ebay capsules plus many more options when you have completed press the publish button and your article will be online.

Remember that hubs need to be in fluent english, you might want to take a little more care of your hubs than in this thread!

Hi, I think the only way you can submit is by going through the 'start a hub' process. At least am not aware of any other channel which permits submitting of articles on this platform.
