    Hello beautiful people,
I need help with Google Analytics Report not showing up "Active users right now". It's always saying zero users active. I have tried logging in and out but still, it doesn't make any difference. can someone help me with this?
    Thanks

I assume you are viewing the real-time page in Google Analytics. If it says zero users active it means no one is looking at any of your pages right now.

The only way to change this is to write more articles on topics that people are searching for. Logging in and out makes no difference.

        Hi Beth,
Thanks for your kind response, I do get views and have more than 65 featured articles. All are well written. There's some technical issues with Google analytics account, which I don't know how to handle. Even when I open my hub or check my profile. It doesn't show any active user on page.
Happening from last two days, first it was alright
        Blessings

Try viewing one of your own pages and see what happens. I'm just after viewing one of your articles now, so check if that registers. Make sure you "UA" code is correct also.

Now it's showing 5 views in the last 20 minutes.
From the last two days, even my own views were also not appearing
I think it sorted out. Maybe a bug or glitch. Thanks eugbug for the help.

    Hi Misbah,

When an article is described as featured it simply means that it has passed the basic Quality Assessment Process (QAP).  These articles are largely ignored by search engines. To get traffic and to earn well you need to improve your articles so that they get moved to one of the niche sites.

You have a few articles moved to Letterpile; this is generally one of the lowest traffic generating sites. I see you also have some articles on Owlcation and SkyAboveUs; these should do better, but may take months  or even years to build views.

You can submit one of your existing articles to a niche site every 14 days. If it is not moved you will get an email telling you what you need to do to get it there. You can also ask other hubbers for advice on how to improve an article.

    Good luck.

I can't understand the average time difference between the home page and the behavior page.
Please if someone can help me out, Is it a glitch or a bug, or what?

The figure for home page could be skewed by the fact that the number of users reported under home page didn't actually view pages. This number viewed in Real Time reports sometimes shoots up to a few hundred, but if you add up the number of pages being viewed, it's nothing like that value. Maybe session duration includes brief loads of pages that don't count as views. For me the home figure is 38 seconds and the second figure at the top of the column is 10 minutes.

Eugene, I see, but for me, the figure in average time on page and session durations were always the same before. I think there is some problem as it happened a lot of times that I am getting comments but it shows 0 active users. even if sometimes I am checking any article of mine, it doesn't make a count but sometimes it does.
Is it possible to remove the UA code once from HP and then Re-enter the same old one, I hope it will not make any problem, Right?

I don't know, maybe. I'm not an expert on the subject. Maybe post the question in the Google Analytics forum.
