Blatant Copyright Infringement

This website has copied my entire article along with copyright information instead of sharing my article as a link.  They are blatantly using HP writer content to garner their own traffic.  I'm sure there are many other writers from HP getting infringed at this site.  What should we do?

You issue a DMCA notice. Find the web host via a whois site (there are several - Google 'whois'. See if the host has an abuse form or email, then post the following text, making sure to add in the relevant info where there are **s.

I am writing to you to avail myself of my rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This letter is a Notice of Infringement as authorized in §512 of the U.S. Copyright Law.

    1. The copyrighted work at issue is the text that appears on:

    https://** Your hubpages article url

    2. The URLs where my copyrighted work is being infringed upon include:

    https://**the infringing url

    3. My contact information is as follows:

    **[your full name]
    **[your address]

**[email]4. I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

    5. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

    **[your full name]

Edit: also remove that link in your post. You are giving them a free backlink. Break the URL up with spaces to make it inactive.
