What difference does it make if an article is featured over Discover.hubpages? Does it mean that it has more chances of being picked up for a niche site?
The Discover site shows advertisements. The HubPages site doesn't. There's no opportunity to earn money from articles on that site.
For new articles, it seems that those that are reasonably good get moved to Discover quickly, so it may mean that they have a better chance to be transferred to a niche site than new articles that stay on HubPages.
