Here is an example of how content should be (on the left) and how it used to be (on the right.) Anyone making these changes? Have the changes improved the revenue or CPMs?
My articles that break things down into bullets with very little information included outside of them perform much better than those that try to expand in-depth. People want it clean and easy, and all of my stats represent this. The shorter my information, the better my articles do as well.
HubPages actually denied transfer of an article that looked like the one on the right despite its constant flow of traffic and brevity, still haven't gone back to increase the word count and reup its formatting. Still no worthwhile articles on google about the topic, either, but meh, if it wasn't good enough on the first go-around I don't care enough to fix it. The slight boost in views would seem marginal, and it would only provide cents per day.

I agree. The left is prettier and flows better for the reader, who is looking for a quick answer.
The one on the left definitely looks more professional, and is far easier to read. We all know people reading online have a short attention span, (me included) so the "to the point" format is far more preferable.
Yes. Just figuring out how to transform my old articles to what's on the left is a bit of a challenge.
Thanks for sharing this. I also believe in simplicity. I believe if people are more wired to read something that looks like what you have on the left compared to the latter.
I use bullets extensively. I find it helps to get a featured snippet. I used to have several of these, but lost them all over the last year.

What are my fellow Hubbers doing with hubs that aren't selected for a niche site? Do you plan on leaving them on HubPages or moving them. I'm not sure if it would be better to move them to my blog and risk losing page rank or to leave them and see what happens to all those "left...
