Thumbnails Back Again Beside Search Results
It might be something to do with the Google product reviews update that's rolling out. Only certain keywords in the search term seem to trigger the thumbnails. For instance if I search for "gardening", "power tool" or "bicycle" with the word "guide", I get thumbnails. If I search for "car guide," I don't. "What" is also one of the words that produces the small images. I haven't tried any of the other interrogatives.

I've noticed these on several articles. Is the site video serendipitously causing Google to generate these and make the result stand out? Articles don't have any videos. Other results don't have them.
