Many thought history was about the past. But fail to understand its mamy lessons for thd now.                                        Actually, history is all about the now. No person thinks to live in the past. Though it would be much better to live io the imagination. We live in the now.                                    I learn about the  Great Depression in my history class. It affect not just America. Here in Sub-Sahara Africa it was felt. Japan learn and become very wealthy. What I learnt is not to put my eggs in ond basket.                                        Many thanks to both Peggy and the and the author, Rebbeca Graf.

Good day miss Peggy. I was reading your article. I did not know that war world II help the economy in the 30s and 40s. I was thinking that we are in difficult times. A war will not bring the economy to a better outcome. It is true about not having any debt. It nis not easy to pay debt at this point for many souls. COVID has a big part of the bad situation. People should not spend on things that it is not necessary. We need to be smart how we spend the money. Some things are a necessity for those that are working and they need to spend some money. I like your article. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with the community. Have a great weekend.

This is a very interesting article Rebecca. We do need to learn from history, including our own. The Great Depressions was so difficult as ou pointed out. The lessons you wrote about are very important for all of us.

Thanks for posting this article Peggy.
