Does HubPages allow 2 HubPages account with 1 Paypal email. My friend created his account and he has no Paypal. Can I link his account to my Paypal email too?

You can have the same PayPal account associated with more than one HubPages account, but this is intended for you to use with your personal account, not someone else's. You may want to check PayPal's terms of use before connecting your PayPal account and accepting payments for others.

Some people here have more than one account profile. So either it's possible that they use the same PayPal account email address for both profiles and that's OK with HubPages, or they have more than one PayPal account (which requires a different email address).
Here's PayPal's policy on multiple accounts:

This seems to suggest that the actual PayPal account can have multiple email addresses attached, "but each account must have its own email address and financial information". Maybe they mean a primary address for communication/security etc.

7 email accounts are allowed with PayPal. I presume the function of these is for receiving payment and the primary address is used for logging in. Would it not be simpler if your partner could setup their own PayPal account?

I have more than one of my email accounts associated with my Paypal. That's not the same thing as multiple people being able to legally share a single Paypal account, I suspect that Paypal doesn't allow that, especially if some of the people sharing the account live in countries that.Paypal doesn't serve.

That's also my interpretation of what Matt is suggesting.

Some countries (e.g. the US) have very strict laws on how financial institutions are used, due to money laundering concerns. The area is a potential minefield.

That's just my personal understanding, I don't know for sure.
